"I have no complaints about living here. Easy access to highways and stores. My neighbors are friendly and awesome. The living environment is always kept clean and pleasant. I've never had any maintenance problems. I really like the new management, Billy is very attentive and on top of things. I would recommend anyone looking for a place, to come check out Oakcliff Apartments. Talk to Billy, he is always very willing to help.. Just PLEASE be patient. I have seen him working all by himself to take care of all the tenants."

"recent tenants are certainly making this place go downhill fast. Too much noise, everyone seems to think they can smoke in their apartments and it catches in our A/C and from our cracks so now our space is affected by others decisions, people taking out clothes from the washers and washing their own clothes with your money, or simply moving your clothes so they can wash/dry, dents in doors for small parking space so now we're dealing with that and extremely rude tenants who still smoke weed on the staircase and cause trouble for no reason. Last year was peaceful, this year is havoc."

"Not gonna lie. Before this place was terrible when it was under the old management. But ever since we got new management things have been great and Billy has really done an amazing job with making the complex feel more like home. There hasn’t been people banging on my door for rent the day that it’s due and random people walking in to show our unit without letting us know anymore. And he always takes the time to have a conversation with his tenants and ask is there anything that can be improved. Thanks Billy!"
