"I was charged rent after I moved out and complained so much and they did nothing about it and sent it to collections. Sent email proofs and new management falsified a lease to make it seem like I had a different lease end date to justify the charge. They claim I didn’t complain when I was sent wrong bill but I have several emails to show how much I complained, called and even went in person with promises to get it fixed. All I’m asking for is to correct the charge but they keep making excuses. Wrongfully charging rent after my lease ended in a trashy and unsafe apartment is crazy."

"As a first time resident at Vue on MacGregor, I can honestly say it’s is a great affordable option for student living! As with any complex, you may encounter some undesirable circumstances, but the team at the Vue is extremely willing to accommodate. Agent Liz has been super efficient and effective with addressing any and all of my residential needs. Agent Micheal, single handedly helped me move in all my belongings. They truly make adjustments for the residents, and try their best to satisfy all concerns. My only significant issue is the valet trash system, only because our halls are full of trash over the weekend, which I personally dislike. However, if you are a student going to TXSU or UH I recommend coming here for a tour!"

"Let me start off by saying IM LOVING THE UPGRADE! I’m also loving that the new owners moved the office to the corner where the office is supposed to be! The sky view is amazing, makes me wanna bring out my wine bottle out everyday and have a drink with that pretty view. The staff is amazing, especially Liz. She’s such an amazing person, always answering my calls and text ASAP. Goes above and beyond for everyone. I recently got locked out at 3 in the morning (oops) and text her, she came to the rescue! Liz always makes me feel at home like my mother does! I’m excited to see what else they are gonna change! 1000/1000 recommend Living here!!"

"I absolutely love living here. Management and staff are so mice and welcoming. Especially Liz, without her my experience would not be as great. I love swimming and watching tv in my room. Anytime i get locked out Liz or security always help me out no matter what time of day. I always receive my packages. I never have anything to complain about or no problems what so ever. Living here is amazing."

"Not you guys filtering and deleting reviews. Yikes. Upon move out, they also have now decided to charge me $300 for a carpet, that I clearly stated on my unit condition form, that they lost, was in poor condition. Original review: Be very careful living in these apartments. The managers do not take care of ANYTHING including when it comes to your safety. Our TV was broken when we moved in, we reported it, and it was never replaced. Our dryer was having problems, and they just replaced it in April. Not to mention the carpets are absolutely filthy! When I asked for a copy of my room condition form, they couldn’t find it lol. However your apartment is when you move in, that’s how it’ll stay. On top of this, my entire last semester here, I notified management that one of my roommates was housing a male individual, who was not a student, and creating an unsafe living environment. The individual had multiple warrants, would come stalk the apartment at all hours of the night banging on the door looking for my roommate, and actually forced his way into the apartment at one point. Management kept saying there was nothing they could do, and continued to make us pay rent even though they refused to remove the problematic roommate and was aware of the fact that she was continuously bringing this person over to the room after he was “banned”. HPD was called out to the property over this specific matter more than twice, and each time I notified management. I provided them with evidence of everything, and still nothing was done. If your child’s safety is priority think twice about living here, because management does not take care of issues whatsoever."
