"lt has been up and down here at Lakecrest. I have been here over a year. Ever since the manager change things have been dramatically different. All of my concerns are being answered, i never feel put to the side or ignored when it comes to Lakisha. She is attentive to more than just me though. I’ve noticed nicer view and mowed grass, it’s quiet at night since curfew is being actually enforced. I can go on and on. I’m just grateful for the excellent customer service."
