"The apartments are very chill, there is no disturbance, the lady at the front office keeps the apartments on point. There is no trash laying around and it is a pretty clean Environment. Everyone keeps to themselves and respects everyone there. I had no problem when i stayed at these apartments, If there is a Maintenance problem, it is fixed as soon as possible. I recomend people stay at la palmas and they wont regret it."

"Don’t move in here these apartments suck and never do anything unless it’s time to collect rent. Management really is the worst I’ve ever experienced they possibly had me living with mold. Waited a whole month for repairs. Manager does not know how to communicate at all with her tenants blames her negligence on her tenants. Do not see my self living here after lease is up."
