"(01) Posting a one star on Valentin the "maintenance" man who has anger issues. Several months ago, he got extremely angry and yelled at me, I was peeking through the glass back door, if the middle door is closed, the manager not in yet, if that door open, the manager is in. Valentin was on a ladder inside the door, saw me peeking through the door, got off the ladder, opened the back door and proceeded to yell at me. I was checking if the office is open yet, it had nothing to do with him, the middle door was closed so I knew the office was not open yet. I wasn't even inside. I explained just checking if office open yet. He ignored everything I said and kept yelling. I was not planning to ask him to open the door (so I could go to computer room), I was not planning to ask him anything, he opened the back door, stepped out and immediately began yelling at me. Why? He went back inside, I walked around to front door of office, the manager, Miss Martha, had arrived. As soon as she stepped inside the office, Valentin was there and proceeded to yell at her about me. Why? I hadn't said or done anything improper. Why was he that angry? (02) Valentine is the only maintenance man here. Miss Martha the only office worker. Two employees only. One day Miss Martha informed Valentin of a maintenance job that needed his attention. Valentin said, "Why do I have to do it?" Then, "Why can't you do it?" He's the only man on the place for that job and wanted to know why he had to do it? Miss Martha the only office worker, not maintenance, but he wants to know why she can't do it. Those were rhetorical questions?"
"It was amazing thing to see just what my family and I witnessed today while we sat in our leasing office this morning I would have posted sooner bust I just got off work but our New but not so new office manager was just off the charts accommodating not only to my family but anyone that walked in the door it's good to know that she is not just here fr a paycheck but has everyone in our complex and outside our complex best interest at heart. We already have the best Maintenance man u can ask fr Mr. Valentine we don't even like to call him thar he's really family . And now WWE know our property manager MRS. MARTHA Iis great too we recommend this place to anyone ......Jana (5107)"
"Growing up i always heard people use the term "that mans a one man" I band and until I moved into the Estates at Ellington Apartments a year and a half ago I didn't get what they were really saying until i met the maintenance man here Mr. Valentin. This man keeps this entire apartment complex spotless and ive lived nat some apartment before that had 3 or 4 different maintenance men that work the at the same apartment's they couldnt keep smaller properties half this clean i swore for the longest time that Mr. valentin had helper but i was as usual wrong again this man deserves for one night a monthes every month he get a BBQ dinner furnished by the head office because his work ethics and devotion to this place is pristine and its the ones like him that get overlooked and brushed off when in fact they are the ones keeping the whole operation going smoothly. Thank you sir your hard work hasnt gone unnoticed by us here in #5107"
"I have been on the "list" since 2019 and every time I called or went in to check my status it was always a different person and a different story! I was literally#6 on the two bedroom list and when I called recently to check the status the lady who answered the phone couldn't find it! I was so confused to how it just disappeared and she did absolutely nothing to help me she just said well it's not here and we're not accepting anymore applications so is there anything else I can help you with! Like I'm nothing and irrelevant! So rude and so unprofessional and I think maybe it was a good thing I didn't get in because it probably saved me a huge headache!"
"Honestly they have changed management twice in the last year. The maintenance staff has been changed three times in the last year, and one of the maintenance personnel was abruptly fired due to criminal reasons. Everyone in the complex was sent an email regarding the matter and told check your apartment if he had been there. They do not work with people who have special needs well. It is a fight to get the reasonable accommodations requested. If you or a family member have disabilities DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! One of my family members is disabled and has constant around the clock care, they towed her caregivers car. After reaching an agreement with the towing company representative, apartment manager, and the regional manager; I am still dealing with towing issues."
