"The worst property manager in the world! Neome is a miserable person and is so hard to deal with! On top of that she's a scammer, I moved out November 2023 and she charged me December rent although my friend got my unit. She also will call u a liar to your face about your money. They will send maintenance to cut your compressor off in the hot summer weather out of spite. This lady is absolutely disgusting and the other tenants in the apartment feels the same way! I'm currently looking for who's over this property to report her. She is definitely an unpleasant property manager that NEVER has a smile on her face! I mean I know her teeth are close to gone but she could at least smile!"

The refrigerator was not working since I move in and out (it is old keep getting coldest at the top and bottom it will shout off and come back on 45min)the a/c unit stop working for 3 days, there were damage and spot on the wall Do I NeedTo Go On!!! ….manger I prayed for lease office and the maintenance guy …..If They Can Not Show You The Apartment when you come in!!!Do Not Sign A Lease"

"Hello I currently reside at the Carlisle apartments. I enjoy my apartment very much, very spacious and clean. The ladies in the office are real nice and very understanding...i love the fact that the pool is very clean and gets cleaned every week. I would recommend everyone to come visit the complex if your looking for a new residence."
