"The back gate never works so no one parks back there. Im so over the water system they have. My water pressure is always low to none! It’s either too hot or too cold. Maintenance does a good job when called about other problems. For the most part it’s ok being here. Just the water needs to get fixed."

"Not to bad remodeling is good maintenance does fix your problems an have a 24 hr # in case emergency maintenance fix this is my second lease with the properties though first lease at this one an must say way better an the bad things mostly can't be controlled which happens any where from shooting to theives etc on the plus side nice lovely staff central air an heat private parking beautifully remodeled floor/counter tops. Some Ppl claim pest problems but I have non I believe its how you keep your apt up yourself an other than Ppl arguing fighting its a great place to live its not where you live its how you live an I give them 4 stars I take one away cause I believe it should be assigned parking for each resident an the drive ways need to be fixed to large of a hump/hill other than that I'd recommend anyone who wants to get a very nice apt as a starting stepping stone these are perfect."

"My experience here were horrible they verrrrryyyy unprofessional they steal your money will the manager of 1907 dismuke does. They will rip you out on everything, I advice nobody to move over there they waaay to high for these small ass apartments, the maintenance sucks they don't come fix anything. They all about money they will let any and everybody live there felonies and all."
