"I do not recommend these apartments, they stole my truck, they are not worthy of providing security and it has happened to many"

"First of all the front office people are very rude and the manager is worse, every time we have a problem in the apartment we let them know and all they say is “we’ll have someone look at it” and nobody ever does, the most recent problem is the water falls from the tubes where the washer and dryer is located and ut causes the water to go from the restroom all the way to the living room. It’s not from our washer it’s from the tubes it’s been more than enough time for them to come fix or at least check it out and they don’t do anything about it."

"I’ve been living here for a little over a year now and it’s been great. Whenever we need maintenance in our unit we get a response within a few hours. Miss Sarah and the whole front office have been extremely helpful and kind. Close to anything we need to get and we love to walk around the apartments in the evening. I’ve loved my time here at the apartments. There’s a new event space in the historic Pan American Golf Association (P.A.G.A) 6626 Capitol down the street for exclusive use of residents that just opened up."

"I lived in this apartments for the pass 10yrs and I was in love with my apartment. Never had a problem. When I needed something to get fix it was done on that same day. Never had a complaint about Sarah she was always on point with the apartment need, maintenance was great don Miguel is the best there, and the secretary she is very nice an polite with any one that comes in, I love the apartment they are great to live and quiet, neighbors are very nice...... I would recommend east end apartments to any one..."
