"The Mexicans that moved in these apts live like sardines they are 7 to one Apt especially Apt 212 there are 5 guys 2 women and kids they all sneak in after the office closes 2 at a time"

"This is fantastic gated community! Location is everything, and this place is so close to UH, it feels like it's practically on campus. The neighbors are all friendly and there's a nice park in the middle."

"These apartments are freaking amazing! The manager here will do anything to help. The maintenance guy is always on point and is very detail oriented. Never had any pest in these apartment, because they have pest control come by every Tuesday and he makes sure his job is done right! Trash is always picked up. The dog park is next to perfect for your furry friend. Friendly neighbors and quiet as well when it comes to night time. Spacious living room and bed rooms. I moved from a 1 bedroom to a 2 bedroom and both have left me speechless of how wonder full the apartment looks. Don’t get me started on how they come with a nice area IN the apartment for a washer in dryer. That’s right no need to go to the washateria when you have washer and dryer in the apartment. Lots of regular and reserved parking spaces. They even have a program that helps with your credit when you pay your rent online! You have fiesta that’s is a 3 min walk away so no need to drive far for groceries as well. If I could rate on a scale of 1/10 I would give it a 20. All in all very happy with my stay here. Been recommending this place to people ever since I stayed here."

"A rip off. Low budget. Ever since the new company took over it’s been downhill. Homeless mentally ill roam the parking lots. My catalytic converter got stolen. Can never get ahold of the office and they’re never there because they’re too cheap to hire enough staff for both properties they own(plaza de magnolia). I think pansy from the reviews is the new manager? I’m not even sure who to contact when I have a problem after they fired the old manager celina and the maintenance man. Other residents have complained to me about their roach problem and being charged extra fees they were never made aware of. The gates always broken. The area is going downhill. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere."
