"I take my first honest opinion back it was cool and comfortable until the summer time came and the AC unit stop working and the manager, assistant manager didn't won't to fix the problem my 60 year old mother and visitors which is her kids, grandkids came to sit with her and couldn't do too the heat in the apartment they came out MANAGEMENT but didn't fix the AC Unit FOUND OUT MORE THAN 20 AC UNITS WERE BROKEN AND MANAGEMENT DIDN'T FIX SOME RESIDENTS DIDN'T REPORT IT CAUSE THEY ARE NOT FOR HOUSTON TEXAS AND DIDN'T HAVE ALL THEY DOCUMENTS SO THEY PROBABLY WAS NERVOUS TO SAY ANYTHING AND JUST SUFFERED THROUGH THE HEAT WE ALSO SEEN PEOPLE MOVING WITHOUT MANAGEMENT KNOWING BECAUSE OF THE BROKEN AC UNITS ITS SAD BUT I DON'T RECOMMEND THESE APARTMENTS TO NO ONE."

"Love this place! The staff is incredible!! I've only lived here a couple of months but I can't think of one complaint that I'd have! The staff are extremely kind and prompt when addressing my concerns! Also, the property is beautiful and well maintained!"

"Unfortunately, RUDE OWNER wouldn’t dismiss my lease after I had a police report proving for my safety that I had to leave. Now it’s on my credit & my family (son who’s three and my spouse) are living family to family and cannot get an apartment or place of our own. Thanks so much Wheatley plaza apartments! I’ve offered to clean on the property for free if it could pay off my amount due he wouldn’t even work with me. Money and greed people will reap what they sow I guess."

"Put in for new application and staff was very friendly. Told them just be themselves so I could see who I was dealing with on a daily basis. Walked complex and it was nicely groomed and came back during night time and seen it was safe for my kids. Over all nice place to live."
