"Have plumbing issues . Come home tonight to water with feces on floor and carpet. Been telling management for 2 weeks. This happened last year also. All I received was a $400.00 light bill and out of pocket hotel stay. Maintenance is very poor and unconcerned because it's not them."

"Office manager (tamika) is rude as heck . They dont come out and fix anything ,they moved me into a unit that is full of roaches & they also have rats !!! Be aware !!! They have RATS !!!!! And they still have yet to have sent out pest control !! Sad sad sad . But slways putting a note on peoples door but cant even do there jobs !! Do NOT move here !!!!!"

"I moved in this past December and I’ve had a decent experience. There couple things I’m not a fan of but those are just me being tedious. The ladies in the office were really nice to me which was refreshing to say the least and the move in was quick. The young lady in the office doing my app was gonna get it done come hell or high water I was impressed. She literally had her anniversary that night but was getting my stuff done before she left. Overall decent place to live. If all continues to go well I’ll renew my lease."
