"Staff: The original office staff that was here when I moved in 2023 wasn’t the best but they at least spoke to you like you were a human. The new staff for 2024 just ain’t it. Their written and verbal communication skills are lacking at best. In one instance, communication regarding the upgrade of the building’s internet infrastructure has been horrible. For someone who works from home this type of communication is important to me because it impacts when I can expect to work. Not to mention that I have a pet to make accommodations for prior to the techs coming into the unit. An email notice went out with a timeline of what units were to expect technicians entering your home to install upgraded equipment, but according to Alex (part of the management team) that doesn’t seem to be the schedule to go off of anymore. Alex promised an update would go out to the residence if any changes to the planned schedule were to happen, and to my shock no such update was sent out. Not only did I have to call several times to get an update but I also had to walk into the office to finally get an answer. For my first time dealing with Alex I can say she speaks with a lack of compassion and has a typical manager’s tone of voice. The one where they don’t want to be at work but unfortunately have to hear out customer complaints as part of their job. Do better Alex. At least pretend to care. Complex: The complex as a whole is generally ok. I’d say you get what you pay for but with the amount of rent I pay I’d expect a whole lot more. The previous management has been working to make improvements such as installing electronic locks on all the entrance points where you can use your phone to unlock them. The quality of residence could be better. People who own dogs allow their pets to urinate and poop in the hallways, especially the stairways, and don’t bother picking it up. So those walkways are horrid to walk in or around. The parking garage is often times littered with trash. Speaking of trash, the garbage drop areas are always backed up too. There are doors that lead from the parking garage to the main complex that have their electronic locks broken like if someone were trying to break in. The doors with glass barely have their glass in place safely. At any point the glass will fall when the door is shut closed. The elevator in the parking garage hardly works and often times has no lighting. Looks like an elevator out of a horror movie. When putting in a maintenance request there is an option to schedule a maintenance team member to come out, but they never follow those requests. You have to hope you’re home to catch them at the right time when they enter your unit to fix your request. If you have pets, once again, this is hard to work around even though on the initial request form you let them know you have a dog, they just let themselves in when they are able to get to your request. TL-DR: Overall, this place is alright but I will not be renewing my lease next year. Typical apartment staff that doesn’t care and a complex that needs so much love. Save yourself the trouble and go a little further down Old Spanish Trail near Main and check out the apartments there. You’ll pay a little more but you’ll definitely get your money’s worth from what I’ve seen from friends who live there."

"This place has been my home for 11 months now. Definitely love it here. I am only 15 minutes away from work so it’s very convenient. The amenities are perfect. It’s spacious. Glamorous swimming pool. Perfect place to relax and enjoy. After 9pm, the complex is pretty quiet and peaceful. Came down to the office and had 3 questions about billing and Lourdes answered them all. Alex was also very helpful with showing me how to reserve a parking spot. Did not feel rushed or uncomfortable. I was treated very nice. Definitely recommend this beautiful complex."

"These apartments are gorgeous! The Property Manager (Stephanie) along with her staff were very helpful and friendly. I was able to tour a couple of units without even making an appointment. I was at the property for about an hour and I was very impressed by everything. I decided to apply when I got home because the apartment I wanted was available within the timeframe that I needed. I was choosing between two other properties and SYNC was the clear and obvious number one choice! I can’t wait to move in and begin living in the perfect apartment community!"

"No apartment complex is perfect, but the staff here at SYNC really go above and beyond to make sure residents feel at home. I had an issue with my apartment and the property manager Stephanie addressed my concerns promptly and to my satisfaction. Jessica is extremely friendly and goes above and beyond to take care of residents. You can tell that both of them truly care about resident happiness and satisfaction. I looked at a couple of apartments but am so glad I ended up here!"
