"Omg! Where do I start? The free cable? Don't work, it have like 8 channels and half of them don't show clearly. Free 10.00 wash cards each month? Washers Nor Dryers work! Pet fee? If u have dogs and cats and stuff! But they don't wanna pay u a pet fee for the rats that live in your apt. Im just being honest, this is what I went through while living there. When Rachel Roe was the manager it was very nice and the maintenance men would fix things ON TIME. Now, they're lazy AF and don't wanna do anything. They always come late to the office in the mornings, its pitiful."

"I can honestly say I never had a problem with landlord but... the rats is what ran me away. The rats kept busting the the walls everytime they would fix it. the rats would bust through the wall somewhere else. I was scared to be there by myself. I tried everything to get rid of the rats. When the rat got stuck in my stove and I refuse to go m in my own kitchen I moved. The other issue about this place is the lack of respect that the residents and their kids have for one another.Thats another reason why I left. It got to the point to where I would not let my kids play at the play ground UNLESS I was outside with them. The other resident would allow their kids to run on the roof and throw rocks at my door and window.The adults were outta control as well. Fighting on the property. And would act a fool if u came to them too tell them about how their kids were running on the roof throwing rocks and even picking on your kids. There were 2 time when my kids had to step up to defend themselves against bullies and there parents were rude and just down right disrespectful with it. If u want a safe place for your kids to live this is not the place. Between the rats and the parents who have no control over their kids I dont know which is worse."
