"Are y'all low income apartment?"
"Single Mothers with children DO NOT MOVE INTO THIS ESTABLISHMENT IF YOU ARE SELECTED. I was selected but for some reason I researched and talked to people who stayed here and at least 3 different women (there were more) stated that their apartment was been entered when they were not there. Windows were left open. Door not locked back. Their beds were being made up. One lady in particular said she installed a camera and it was taken down. That for me is a scary thing. Owner stated that on the lease package that he could enter whenever he liked . Per one person she read her paperwork and no where on the paper work and/or lease does it state this. As a single mother I was afraid for myself and my child whom would be a latch door kid coming home from school. DO NOT MOVE HERE AND I WILL BE CONTACTING THE HAA ON THIS PARTICULAR PROPERTY BECAUSE I HAVE NIECES THAT STAY OVER HERE AS WELL,"
