"We moved in June 11th 2023.. I have no rats or roaches!! Kids were breaking things, they found out who was doing it and they no longer live here. Yes things need to be fixed but find me an apartment this big that doesn't need things fixed here and there. Only complaint I have is in the summer I would like to go swimming and new next door neighbors lol ... maybe things have changed since all these bad reviews. Give it another chance. I don't even worry about locking my doors at night. I do but if I get n bed and wonder if I did I don't check.. their is security out side driving around and security next to my bed I'm not moving soon"

"These Apartments make me mad where is the security when it’s needed these Apartments have windows broken where are the ones that where trying to do something where is the help and understanding these apartments are not safe their is a lot of teenagers breaking windows and doing bad things at night. Please help those in need and don’t run good people out…"

"They are thieves. They tell you to pay your deposit n you will get it back if for any reason you don't qualify n it's a lie. I spoke with Diana and she assured me it's given back before paying. Then Bernice the manager stated it is not because they missed out on other residents. Then Victoria with Corporate stated for me to go in the office and speak with the property manager. That manager then stated I could not get my $450 deposit back. Called Victoria back n now she says I hv to go by whatever the manager stated. They stole from me. Simply because I have a complex that has charged me with trash n cleaning the unit that I had no idea about because it's not even on my credit. The day I was set to move in this happens n me n my kids in up in a hotel."
