"The on-site management team is very professional and friendly. Karina showed me how to use online bill pay which saves me time and the hassle of having to go purchase a money order every 30th. I wish the pool was open. My neighbors are friendly and there is a bus stop right outside that I catch every day. I had an issue with my mailbox key but that was quickly resolved. I asked the management team to take down the American and Texan flags from their poles because they were old and torn. Out of respect for me and other residents the management team took them down. I hope they get new ones soon so we represent this great Nation and State very soon."

"They will come and just lock you out your own apartment and cover mold like it doesn’t spread this is a safety hazard waiting to intoxicate people. Management is trash they don’t listen aren’t smart at all. These people have gave me and my family the worst experience I’ve ever had in apartments."

She will definitely lead you on with lies about great deals she has to offer and after a month you won’t have an apartment to live in. She does NOT care if you have no place to live. She will stack lies on top of lies to keep you calling and won’t answer you once the date comes for you to move in."

"Since the new owners came after Harvey they have made new improvements which we are all for. The last owners didn't care to fix anything . Since Blanca took over her and her crew took things head on. The only thing is the AC not working properly. Been waiting to get this done for a while already they changed the filter cleaned out the vents and the unit and still not working properly. Until last night we had definitely an emergency they send us a maintenance to change out the thermostat, and unfortunately its STILL not working as it should . Its 100 outside and we are under a heat advisory and still not blowing cool air. We have it at 69 and its reading 85. UPDATE DAY 2: Had an tech come in and said they cleaned and made adjustments and its still the same.. its 7:18 pm and i'm cooking and it will rise higher! PLEASE FIX THIS ASAP. Thanks UPDATE ONCE AGAIN 8/19/2018: Called the office Saturday about the AC once again, not working right away said "we will let the maintenance guy know" the guy came just checked and never came back. I have went to my friends apt in the SAME COMPLEX and its so fresh and cold. She had it down to 68 ( for being so hot it was nice and fresh). My kids room is so hot there is NO AIR COMING FROM THE VENTS!!! but call to ask when they are receiving a payment for their rent NOTHING IS GETTING FIX PROPERLY. We have been patiently waiting and the amount of rent we pay it don't seem right to get a window unit for their room to MAKE IT COMFORTABLE FOR THEM. I don't want to make a call to corporate and anyone else higher. SO AGAIN PLEASE GET IT DONE . Its 2:40 pm and the thermostat is reading 87 and "we can't have it lower then 75 to make sure its not working hard " My kids are asthmatic if they get over heated it flares up!! And we can't even be comfortable in our home!!!"
