"DO NEVER RENT HERE. It’s the worst apartment to rent. The manager doesn’t help you, the corporate doesn’t give any answers on the problems. In my apartment i had leaks since October of 2023. I did send a lot of emails to fix it and nobody did nothing. The kitchen roof fell, a disgusting smell and every time i went to talk to the manager, she always said: the roofers are coming this week to fix it. That never happened!!!!. I lived 4 months in that apartment and finally gave me another one, but the process to move in was frustrating. Told me on Saturday and wasn’t ready. Finally on Monday but wasn’t painted or cleaned. PEOPLE, DONT RENT HERE, DONT DO IT. Look how I was living before…"

"I live here for more than two years. When I move they said the apartment was ready but it was awful! The floor was so dirty. I had to clean everything. The fridge was dirty and was not good. They took almost a year to change it. It has many problems, like mold on the air vents and leacking problems on ceiling. I had to work cleaning at first day I moved. I know the maintenance people try to do their best but most of them don't have experience. I think the management don't care too much about tenants but only for money. Now I'm waiting for them to fix my room roof because it's leaking and falling in peaces. Also the roof on the kitchen is leaking. They have some rude people on the office. For me the best is Hussein because he always help."

"On my MOVE IN DAY they gave me my keys and when I came in the apartment there were no burners for the stove, mold in the air vents, no thermostat cover, tub was dirty, fridge was dirty, floor was covered in sticky stuff. At this point it’s a health issue. Do not move here these are literally the worst apartments to live in. Not to mention crackheads walking around it’s a dangerous, terrible place to live truly. I’ve never experienced such a terrible apartment I’m actually shocked."

"I came to visit a family member, disgusted by these apartments trash everywhere walking towards the apartment I’ve seen dead rats, people inside abandoned apartments vandalizing them. Going inside the apartment, ceiling falling apart, mold in some areas inside of the apartment, even after going to report what need to be repaired in the apartment more than 12 times. They have yet not even once tried to do anything about it don’t waste your time here."

"Ain’t no way you about start charging people 900 plus to stay here. These apt aren’t worth $700 Roach infested coming for AC. Trash pulled up for days in the back they harbor old furniture. Bums sleep in the laundry room which I’ve complained about multiple times. The other thing nice are the residents. The assistant manager is extremely rude with a attitude. They find any and every reason to charge you so they. An stretch a few dollars. They don’t honor anything they offer. There is no movie theatre, the office is the only nice part of the building"
