"The office worker Ms. Ho was tardy. When asked why the front entrance call-in didn’t work, she answered she didn’t know. When asked for applications and flyers, she answered she didn’t know. When asked other questions, she didn’t know. The manager was not there probably napping. Poor management. HUD should know and replace with more qualified workers."
