"The manager Michelle is so rude. As well as the rest of the staff . Always giving costumers an attitude thinking she own the property and even moving stuff around my patio. They only want you to pay on time but not to give you good service they take forever to come fix the bare minimum and always having an attitude when we ask for an explanation on why they are taking so long.I just feel like the manager title went over her head! The apartamento conditions are horrible none of the kitchen cabinets close completely."
"Before the freeze our AC didn't work, they kept saying it will be cold soon, then after the freeze, the apt started to fall apart and they didn't want to fix anything. Infested with bugs of all sorts. The manager I think her name is Jessica is a bully, (KAREN) and is extremely disrespectful to the ladies in the front and the 2 maintenance men that I saw. You would figure that a complex would have at the very least 8 guys, but I always only saw 2 and one of them only worked there part time. The one that's there full time couldn't answer any questions I had and was always telling me he can't fix this or that. Does falling off the henges and still no help. So many more stories and it was only one year there. Smh. I was never late on my rent and they never had a complaint on my apt"
"The manager Michelle was very rude. I had to walk out of the office to keep my composure this past week. I have never been this upset before in my life. I only wanted to ask if they could send maintenance to fixed my dish washer and she stated they don't fix them no more. I have placed several work orders in and she acts as if she don't even care. Something really needs to be done with her."
"Ive been here 8 months and I can say the people out here are cool, just needs work on roach infestation. If you are extreamly neat they will go away. The office staff constantly changes. I can say they are changing for the best! And for the most part maintenance is prompt and kind, sometime flirty with women, but sufficient. Overall pretty decent for the price!"
