"This apartment complex continues to buy and resell to different owners and management companies .. STEALING MONEY FROM THEIR TENANTS AND EVEN FROM HUD FUNDED TENANTS, This last company that just bought the apartments is asking for back pay from almost every tenants saying everyone owes 5000$ how can a whole complex owe that much money, so then they ask for proof of paying rent but the previous company has shut down the website where we were posting rent so now we have no access.. CABO SAN LUCAS APARTMENTS in Houston,Tx near Clearwood & Ledge St. these apartments aren’t children friendly and Management doesn’t even care for the community before 2-3 weeks ago.. order tenants and myself have seen the staff stealing items from a tenants apartment who had just passed away and his family hasn’t been there to pick up his things yet.. The worst experience I’ve ever had with an apartment complex.. HIGH CRIME RATE, HIGH FLOOD RATES. City of Houston SHUT THEM DOWN ASAP, ITS A Ponzi scheme!!!!"

"Anyone and I mean ANYONE who gives this place 5 ⭐ either works for this complex or are dummy accounts created by people that work for the complex. The real tenants give you the right grade and this is why just read this article mass improper eviction’: 120 residents baffled by faltering landlord’s move to oust them. It's all about this complex and the lack of decent humanity they provided for their tenants. 5 stars...what a joke. And it's a shame that people have to go through this especially now when times are super hard."

"I recently made a review for Section 2 and the street where Section 3 main office of Nathaniel st. All the entire area is prone to flooding when a heavy bad storm rain. Here I attach photos at the back of Section 2 building 38 parking lot next to Nathaniel St. The new management has done nothing to correct this. This is a terrible place to live, roaches and mice infested area. Some neighbors left a mess above our unit and no one will go up there to clean up. All the surrounding property is dark, and crime is really high here. Please think twice before moving here, or lose everything you have left. I HIGHLY DON'T RECOMMEND YOU TO MOVE HERE."

"I don't know about the 5 stars reviews are true or not. I have been fooled by those reviews and these are what discovered on the first day moving in the apartment. The stove didnt work, I have to wait 2 days for it to get fixed. The airfilter has not been changes. The unit smell stinky. Such a big mistake made by me. The dirt stuck on the air vent was not removed, instead they painted over it. Please stay away from this complex if you care about your family health."
