"Scott Lofts I thought was a good place.Second week when I moved in my car were broken into and others. They change Mgers.so many times.Maintence took his time to come ,But,when he wanted to try flirt with you you see him.They not right they went up on my rent three different times.Lots of residence complained on them downtown ..,also when I moved out they kept my deposit saying I was responsible to clean my carpet never in my years have I heard you supposed to have your carpet clean when you moved out charging$150 dollarsthat's there job to do anyway ,my Apt. Was clean because I'm a clean person."

"Alot of car/ motorcycle theft but alot of cameras. 5 story Senior Apts and the elevator broken 5 times out of 1st 6months but they have a 2nd elevator if you had access to bldg #1. Office people not nice but not hin on Saturdays. Market value rent very expensive. But a view of the downtown skyline"

"GREAT ATMOSPHERE This property is absolutely beautifully decorated with beautiful modern decor and great amenities. It's feels like a nice hotel in the Galleria or Med center area. It's definitely someplace a resident would be proud to invite close friends over for a visit. The model unit is staged beautifully. The first class kitchen and bathroom are amazing for a rental property. There's a huge walk-in closet plenty of pantry space and great floor plans. The area is not too congested and it's in walking distance to one of the Metro-Link platforms. I met with Mayrna and Mariana and loved their presentation. Another friend met with Julie and had the same type of wonderful meeting. I feel due to the apartments being so new, the staff was extremely busy trying to address all the concerns of the tenants, move-ins and potential new residents. I give them an A+ for juggling duties. If there is any down side is there's only street side parking for guests. It appears there's limited space in the coverd parking garage and for tenants only. However because of the location real estate is premium in the area, it's understandable. It's still a great place to call home."
