"Property stays dirty , residents don’t care about keeping the community clean that they pay rent at . The elevators are dirty and smelly . Residents were released from their apartment for mold but the property failed to inform others or inspect our units . This is a no pet property, only service animals. Majority of the residents have pets, not service animals. Homeless people get in the building and roam the halls . They’re broken down vehicles that take up parking space . A resident was just arrested for murder and the property could’ve informed us because this is a safety concern . The residents don’t want to walk their trash to the dumpsters so they pile it up near the trash chute so the property locks the door and the hallways smell horrible because of it. Now the residents who actually follows the rules suffer .My lease is up soon but not soon enough."

"Would not recommend. Accepting applications and are full. Sounds like landlord fraud. An employee also stole $150 money order from me. Lied about an administrative fee, wrote the money order out to the apartment, and she added her name at the end and cashed the money order. Brittney Harris, she’s going to jail for scamming. I don’t know what these apartments are up to but It sounds like and look like an all around scam. Applications are backed up way from April and May. Do not apply here and waste your time and money. Any questions, pull up, because they won’t have an update for you over the phone."

"*please be aware* I submitted an application about 6 weeks ago and have yet to get a response. Management keeps giving me the run around and it seems like no one has any idea on what’s going on. This complex is the absolute worst"

"I move in when it first open , it is a lengthy process, how ever that is to be exepected, they all new. It I have not had any problems. The office staff was very nice and helpful. It was the Manager and the assistant. Ms. Latoya and Mr. TYonna. So far so good. It still need to be something’s implemented and it will be a great living environment. If we can keep it up it is a nice place to live."

"I applied for to lease an apartment at this property over 3 weeks ago. I have not yet received a call or even an email since ive applied. I call everyday to get an update & the mailbox is full. I finally got an answer, someone named James picked up. I asked him about the my application he didnt even ask me my name. He said that he is waiting for a response from their correspondence team. Before I can even ask how much longer should I wait he hung up in my face. Of course when I called back there was no answer. Idk whats going on with this property."
