"Carrie was great when first wanting to tour the apartment, she was extremely flexible with our schedule and gave a great tour. Kelly then took over as our leasing agent and went above and beyond with her help. We were originally told the soonest we could move in was the upcoming Monday but Kelly worked things out to get us moved in by Saturday. She was extremely informative and even helped after hours to get our applications in, processed, and ready for move in. So far living here, I have loved it, everyone is so nice, the amenities and views are wonderful, and I have no complaints."

"This is how your neighbors usually treat you at 11PM-2AM on weekends. Partying and smoking in the courtyard like this is the backyard of their own mansion. Playing piano and leaving their dog out on the balcony to bark. Please just solve the problem instead of saying that I don’t live in this apartment. It’s just that I don’t want to risk my own identity with leaving a negative review."

"my fiancé was one of the first to move in, in 2016. we haven't had any crazy issues or complaints in his/our almost 2 years here. management has changed twice, but they've always been very nice & helpful if we ever needed anything! my favorite parts: the gym is great, super clean, hardly anyone ever in there, & the view is perfect to top it off! if you want the best view in Houston, this is the place to be. we've been very lucky to have a downtown + memorial drive (sunset!) view from our balcony, but if you don't, the clubhouse/pool area is amazing :) there's also really great/fun events put on here for the residents to get to know management + one another (if you wish)! some of those faves: -crepes! we had a chef making us crepes one morning & they were suuuper good -breakfast + mimosas -poptails by the pool -donuts/coffee + a cute little live music show -pizza + beer in the courtyard ^ they always do a great job of putting on resident events, & that's been another huge reason why we love it so much. (actually getting sad now thinking about all the events and our time here!) we've never had any noise complaints, so considering our apt is right next to the elevator where several residents walk past, I feel like that says a lot. we're super sad to leave, but excited about our new house that we just closed on... otherwise, we'd stay! thanks for all the memories and great service, JH :)"
