"I've been here for about a year and I've had an overall good experience. It's a bit safer than other areas of Houston and it's location is great. The rent's a steal, there's plenty of storage in my studio, which also has a partial wall, new wood floors, and new appliances! There's a W/D hookup in the unit, our manager Keisha has been great too. I do recommend installing a camera doorbell just in case. Have never had a stolen package or any break-ins. The metro rail noise takes some getting used to, but the apartment is the perfect size for myself and my cats! I think everyone else just has ridiculous expectations for our location tbh."

"Nice place to not have W/D in the unit. Please reconsider. Just the thought of going outside my unit to wash clothes is a NO NO. Won't be moving here until then. Ty though"

"The people that live there steal your packages. Bring it up to the manager they tell you not to order anything, or get an Amazon box instead.Don't wash your clothes in the washing machines on the 3rd floor, the machines are old and rusty and have a sour mildew smell. The dryers don't dry your clothes. Obvious Structural damage to building due to poor craftsmanship."

"I'm going on 5 years of living in these apartments and I must say that I have seen a lot of changes and I could say that the manager that is here now is very concerned about her tenants and how everything she's done, so far has been great! The complex is very nice and clean and everyone here is nice and keeps to themselves. The events that they have here are great for the community including the programs they have and also game nights just everything is they do is great!!"
