"Recently stopped by to get a tour Rogelio was very informative and nice he showed me the property and explained everything very well, I have looked at serval properties in the area and this one I will most definitely take into consideration. Not only because it’s Close to downtown but because first impressions are everything and Rogelio really set the standard high and made me feel like I was at home."

"I haven’t lived here, but I just came to tour and my experience was disappointing. The leasing agent, his name started with an R, seemed extremely annoyed to have a client. He was so off putting that I completely changed my mind about moving here and will never come back. This place needs to seriously reevaluate their staff"

"I never lived here, but I have toured a ton of apartments recently. I made it to Canal Street Flats about 40 minutes before the leasing office closed midweek. I didn't have an appointment but I had called earlier to ask some questions. Some places I've had appointments beforehand, some I haven't. Everyone has been accommodating thus far. When I was approaching the office I saw the leasing agent lounging on a couch and she was visibly upset to see someone approaching the office. When I came in I asked a few questions, but ultimately did not bother with asking for a tour. The attitude was off and it was not something I felt was worth dealing with even if I had been interested in the place. When I headed back to my car, a resident told me there were constant issues with the gate. So that sealed the deal for me."

"Here’s my review and it’ll probably get deleted with most other honest reviews. But as for as management there’s only one person who is actually helpful and she does most of the work while pregnant. As for the apartment themselves, the suites are nice but for the hallways and stairs it violates any health code due to human/ animal feces constantly being there. As for security, you are better off handling things on your own and if you value the safety of your vehicle it’ll be wise to spend the night in your car. Even after this review being kept or taken away, I will be contacting the Department of Housing and Community Affairs to discuss such issues."
