"My experience at Prose Hardy Yards has been amazing. I’ve lived here for almost the past 2 years with no issues at all. The location is great, the amenities are amazing, & the leasing staff is wonderful. Charles is very kind, helpful, & knowledgeable. Anything I need, I go directly to Charles because he knows the answer. The property manager Jessica Casler has also been amazing. Any problems that arise, she takes care of it right away. She’s also very kind & understanding & is willing to work with you regarding any problem or issue. As mentioned, location is amazing, staff is phenomenal, & of course the rates are very reasonable as well. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to live downtown Houston or right outside downtown."

When I first called about inquiring information, Charles was super polite and helpful and he was really patient with the entire process of me moving in Jackie was also super helpful. They both make you feel comfortable to come to the office with questions, and they always have a great attitude whenever problems come up, they’ve been super professional. I think they’ve done an amazing job, both Charles and Jackie in the way they interact with their tenants.These apartments are doing amazing with the way that they are managing the property. "As of November 2023, I have lived at this property for nearly 4 months. I found this property last minute while trying to move to Houston in time for a new job, and I knew it was home when I did a tour. The tour had to be done virtually since I was still out of state, and Jackie, whom I still keep in touch with, was more than hospitable when showing me the units. She was welcoming, personable, and knowledgeable about the property. I really appreciate having personable staff at Prose Hardy Yards like Jackie and Charles, too. Charles is very helpful with any issue you may have and caters to your needs with kindness and patience. When I first moved in, I was having issues with my key fob and Charles helped me resolve it with maintenance. The location of this property can’t be beat. When I tell people about it, I tell them that I have no complaints, but I do wish I had a balcony. You will not regret Prose Hardy Yards!"

"I got a new job in this area of town and these apartments were the closet and nicest ones I could find close to me. Not only do I enjoy the apartments but none of it would have happened without Jessica’s help! She was very respectful, nice and straight forward about the leasing process and she made me feel at home from the very beginning. Had I had a bad experience from the agents it would have turned me off from the whole experience, but this was the exact opposite and I am very glad I had her as my agent for me to secure my apartment. If you want to live around the corner from downtown and 3 mins away from the St Arnold brewery this is the best choice."
