"I have lived in this apartment complex for 6 months, and I have to say, the recent change in management has been absolutely outstanding. Communication with Chavonne & Matilda is incredibly easy and efficient. They have been ensuring that our issues are addressed promptly. This level of attentiveness & dedication is truly commendable. With the new manager's proactive approach to mail/deliveries, there has been a significant decrease in lost packages. We are so happy she and the team handled this right before the holiday season!! The overall upkeep of the complex has improved significantly, with common areas looking cleaner and better maintained than ever before. Previously, I told my family and friends to walk down the stairs & hallways with caution as they may step in some dog poo. I loved how she posted a sweet and funny video of her personally taking care of the poo. One of the most notable changes implemented by the new manager is the emphasis on community-building activities. They have organized events for the residents, encouraging interaction and fostering a sense of belonging. It's refreshing to see the team actively working to create a tight-knit and vibrant community within the complex."

"Place is great. Been living here a few months. The previous manager worked with us to have a good move in date and still receive the promotion. The new manager is great. She is listening to the needs of the community, hosting events and really promoting the apartment in social media. The additions to the breakfast bar have been a nice touch."

"I have lived here for nearly a year and I love it! When we were moving in, the management team was very flexible when it came to working with us and our move-in date. We got an amazing unit with an amazing deal. And it has been so refreshing to live in an apartment complex where they actually care about their tenants. Recently the property has gone under new management and she is absolutely amazing. She gets to the apartment early to make sure that the coffee bar is always fully stocked It is so fun watching her on social media and it’s cool to see them doing more tenant, events and activities, which was definitely lacking before. She is adjusting our issues in a timely manner, and I am very excited to renew my lease and stay here longer. Some of the pros are definitely the neighborhood, it is very up-and-coming, so even though there is a lot of construction right now, you are within walking distance to a lot of different shops, restaurants and bars. All of the units that we toured( Because when we were trying to decide we looked at like eight of the different floor) are spacious and clean, and even though we showed up unannounced, the leasing team were able to accommodate us and showed us all of their units. If there are any issues management addresses them very quickly but I have not had any major concerns."
