"The worse apartments I’ve ever lived in! I’ve complained about safety issues ( my 16 year old neighbors son running around with a gun)! Fighting upstairs all hours of the night! And nothing has been done! Pest control issues that hasn’t gotten any better! I’m looking for somewhere else safe for me and my kids to move to! They let people do what they want around here and don’t care about how you feel or what you’re going thru they just want your money!"
"Very bad place to live they dont want to be held responsible when tenants vehicles are being broken into and no security but quick to get vehicles towed. So outrageous."
"We had a very unfortunate, completely unnecessary experience with this business. My wife and I drove from Idaho to help her mother set up for a wedding reception. We went to the in-laws apartment, parked our car, and took their car to the venue since it was already packed. We returned three hours later to find our car missing. We went to the office to see if they had the car towed. I believe the agent on duty was Tiffany Ann Cabrera. It was difficult to get information from her since she was busy on her cell with personal calls. She told us yes, it was towed because it was not in a visitor slot. We all looked at each other since we had never seen a visitor slot on our multiple trips here over the years. She told us we had parked in permitted parking; we know not to park under covered parking but thought anywhere else was ok. Keep in mind that when we were there the lot was half empty. I believe we were targeted since we had out of state plates on our car. $240 later I had our car back. We had to return to grab some stuff from the apartment so I drove around the complex. I did not see a single sign about parking rules or permitted parking. I did find some visitor slots way in the back 40; I think there were two sets with 6 slots each, both sets completely occupied. Switching gears, I noticed the entrance gate was still not working. It wasn't working the last time we were here in 2018. So much for security. Tiffany, if you see this, I hope you're proud of yourself for ruining a perfectly fine day that should have been spent celebrating. Somewhere along the line I hope karma catches up with you."
"They are having cars towed when there is plenty of parking, and when there is no visitor parking for those who are actual visitors and you use one of the many open spots, your car gets towed. I visited family and saw bullet shells on the side walk prior to the 4th and there was a murder there recently. The guy who offered to help said he was trespassing and was walking to his car with belongings he apparently just took from his ex's place. Then the office states 'we are doing whats best for the tenants,' like the tenants like thier visitors' vehicles towed or having no visitor. Right..."
