"WISH THE CAPS WERE BIGGER! They deserve a (NEGATIVE) -5 RATING! These apartments should pay ME for living here. The office staff is rude and changes every other month. The phones are ALWAYS forwarded to the call centers. You leave messages after messages, they don't call back. The office closes when they want to. They just don't care! The HOT water is off once a week. When you put in for a maintenance request, it takes 4 days (and counting... could be more) for the issue to be resolved. They do patch work, don't fix anything right. Gets MAD when you're frustrated about how BAD they are at THEIR JOB!!! Will be moving once the lease is up! IF YOU LIKE PEACE AND DECENCY, DO NOT MOVE HERE. It's not the residents that's the problem though, it's the OFFICE STAFF!"

"Worse experience of my life, I was late on my rent one day, they came in in the middle of the night while I was asleep and took my TV, I called the police thinking it was a burglary and cops found out it was actually them, now the own cops are charging them for burglary. All I can say I'm relieve that I don't have to wait for my lease to be up to get out of here. This are the worse apartments I've live in, please do not move in here, btw this apartments have two names. This one and also fountains at the bayou. They don't deserve that one start"

"If I could I wouldn't give this place any stars!!!! My lease is done this month and I am relieved. They supposedly '' under new management'', but haven't fixed anything. I think they are actually worst than the previous owners. They have yet to come fix my drain, it's been over two months since I told them about it. People brake into vacant apartments. I know because the apartment above me is empty and there always someone braking in there. I have let them know, but they say to just call the cops. My point is, this apartments are just not worth it!!! Drug dealers around, and young people always fighting and screaming. My self and family don't feel safe since we moved here. Don't waste your time. Oh, and these apartments are no longer all bills paid."

"we spent a terrifying 7 month lease there and were so thankful to get out, and now we have found they have falsely reported that we left owing $1500.???? we did not owe them anything, in fact, at one point the security extorted an extra $250 from my husband by threatening bodily harm,,,,,,they are lucky we did not sue them....we just wanted out and they have the nerve to sue us???? bring it people, i have pictures still of the human feces all along the sidewalk in front of our apartment for several months without being repaired."
