"I have been living on this property for over a year now and I love it. It is in a very safe and walkable location and the property manager Vanessa has always exceeded my expectations. She resolves any issue promptly and will even ensure other apartments aren’t experiencing similar problems. The complex has seen so much good change since she took the position. Also, while car break ins seem to be a popular crime in Houston, I have never had an issue at this property. And I don’t experience bug issues like I noticed other complexes complaining about."

"I lived here for 2 years and had a good experience the location is very convenient and I felt safe in the area. There are trees outside with roaches but they are out mostly at night and pest control seems to keep them at bay inside the apartment. The new manager has made the complex look nicer, maintenance responds in a timely manner, and pool area is always clean."
