"****update****12:17 pm today management contacted us to dish out excuses and zero solutions Definitely not what i expected from a property in this area. bayou park apartments this is becoming a trend for you guys, the employees seem to never know what’s going on with maintenance or the property , it’s a shame because the area is nice and the complex has so much potential, until something breaks that is beyond the maintenance guys level of expertise which is understandable to a certain extent but that with the lack of customer support and and customer service makes the experience of living here sub par. we have a newborn child and we’ve been having clean and hot water issues for the past 5 weeks now with no explanation."

"Disgusting old apartments, no clean water in the units with rusty pipes, roaches everywhere, randomly towing your own vehicles and guest’s vehicles for $300 with no compensation, rowdy and inconsiderate neighbors having parties in the early AM hours yet facing no consequences, constantly breaking AC and hot water which doesn’t get fixed for weeks, flooding in the complex, etc… There are many better apartments in Houston, DO NOT choose Bayou Park. These would be better torn down and replaced with newer buildings and more professional staff."

"UPDATE: as of 2/16 It was nice while it lasted! Couldn’t take a hot shower! Called the office several times only to get their automated message. So I walked to the office only to be met with the attitude of the assistant manager. I again am having to vacate my unit due to no hot water. This is now the 6th day of having to stay with family. (Fri 2/9-2/13, 2/16) UPDATE: as of 2/14 @ 4:58 PM(2 minutes before closing) the following day of the above review. I received a phone call from the assistant manager “Hi I’m calling because corporate asked that I reach out” The assistant is who I emailed Saturday night…. And what I got from the phone call is that only the property manager is the only one made aware of any issues and is the only one who can reach out. All around very annoying, communication sucks! After multiple calls and work orders and now an email sent to the assistant manager we are still without hot water. And when they “fix” the issue we are left with murky water and days later water is no longer getting hot. This has been an ongoing issues for about a month now. We can’t bathe ourselves as well as our month old child. We can’t wash our dishes or clothes as we have no idea if the water is even clean. This past Saturday when I called the office (all throughout the day) there was no answer. So an email was sent. When I called today I was told that they would check on the issue and get back to me. That never happened. This is now day three of having to leave and stay with family because it’s gotten to be too much. An email can be sent when food trucks are on property or when they need to leave for the day early. But not for this ongoing issue. Do better!"

"I have lived at this property for 3years and have really enjoyed it. It is a very convenient area as everything is super close by. The handful of work orders that I've had to submit have all been completed in a timely matter. Maintenance team is great. The office staff is good at communicating with us residents and are very courteous."

"I been living in Bayou Park apartments for 3 years now. And I'll say it's a very nice location to live. So many interesting places nearby. And many great amenities, and staff here is very friendly & caring of their resident needs, whether maintenance request or other personal matters. And they are even open to ideas of residents to help make the community a even better location to feel proud to call your home. Bayou Park is a great community to live.. And If you have any interest of moving in, You defintely do not need to look any further."
