"I don't complain at all, but this is the last straw. It is Jan 17, 2024 the last couple of days has been the coldest of winters in Houston. The fact that management allows apartment 2106 to leave their dog in the patio in its own dog waste barking for help all day long is a form of animal cruelty. For management to not care only shows this apartment support for animal cruelty. The management has received many complaints from various residents in this complex and still has not done anything to help that poor dog. It is unacceptable. The picture I uploaded was on Tuesday 1/16 during the ice freeze. Help that poor dog please."
"I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding an unresolved commission payment matter with Arlo Westchase. As a dedicated Realtor, I strive to provide excellent service to both my clients and the communities I work with. However, my recent experience with Arlo Westchase has been disheartening. In September, I brought my client to view the model unit, and they subsequently moved into their new apartment on October 26, 2023. Following the successful transaction, I promptly submitted my invoice and W9 in 14th December and 5th January, expecting a timely and fair commission payment for my services. Regrettably, despite my efforts to follow up through emails and phone calls, I have received no response from the leasing office at Arlo Westchase. This lack of communication has not only left me in the dark about the status of my commission but has also hindered my ability to address my client's concerns effectively. As a professional Realtor, I understand the importance of prompt and transparent communication in our industry. The apparent disregard for my attempts to resolve this matter is not only unprofessional but also detrimental to the reputation of Arlo Westchase as a reliable and fair housing provider. I kindly request an immediate review and resolution of this issue. I am seeking clarification on the reasons behind the delayed commission payment and a clear timeline for when I can expect the payment to be processed. Timely communication and fair compensation are crucial aspects of a positive and collaborative business relationship, and I trust that Arlo Westchase values these principles. If there are any specific procedures or contacts I should be aware of to expedite the resolution process, please provide that information at your earliest convenience. I look forward to a swift resolution and appreciate your attention to this matter."
"If you don’t want your basic human needs filled, like having running water, this is the place for you. This complex claimed that the City of Houston is preserving water and that’s why sometimes we will have low or no water pressure since August. I’ve contacted the City of Houston multiple times and they said they NEVER turn off anyone’s water unless there is a problem. I asked them to send a rep to check our water lines for breaks or disruptions, the rep said they are working perfectly fine. He actually suggested I move because they get so many complaints about lack of water at this place that he’s memorized the address, so it isn’t just my apartment. This complex has gone downhill since I moved in 3 years ago, and the rent has increased astronomically. Since they added the Essential Housing option, they have done less and less to keep this place up. I guess Morgan Group doesn’t think low income people and families deserve basic human rights. I can’t wait to move. The only good thing about this place is the maintenance team, specifically Oscar, who goes above and beyond to help. And the leasing team is fine too honestly. There’s only so much they are capable of doing. The issue is Morgan Group and their lack of accountability or responsibility in the general wellness and safety of their residents."
"Its ghetto and there always blasting obnoxious music like Ice Spice, Cardi B , etc. They let section 8 rent from them don’t recommend. The great American Suburbia Dream its gone its Ghetto everywhere!!!"
"I recently inquired about a unit being advertised for $1,300 a month. I was told due to it being an income restricted unit I wouldn’t be approved for it. However, they can give me THE EXACT same apartment, same floor plan, same square feet for $1800? So because you can afford it they’ll give you the exact same type of unit. I’m all for government assistance being provided to those in need but this is just wrong. I’d understand if you were upgrading me to a much nicer bigger unit but it’s the exact same I’d just be paying $500 more simply because we can afford it. This is just wrong all together."
