"I’ve had the best experience living at HiLine Heights community. I have lived here almost a year and have felt safe and enjoy the community from the pool to the other amenities. The staff and maintenance team are on top of all requests and make you as the renter feel comfortable and heard. "I LOVE living here. It’s affordable for The Heights, always SUPER CLEAN, great office personnel (Jackie is the bomb!!), beautiful landscape, and maintenance is prompt and always very friendly. They also have the nicest cleaning lady here every week day morning, cleaning the inside areas. Great amenities too!"

There is good communication to residence. I feel like the residence are nice and easy to live with. The common areas stay clean and maintained. The surrounding area is fun and convenient. "Out of all the places I have lived and owned around the country, I will say that HiLine Heights is an exceptional place to reside. Both the management and maintenance staff are 100% top notch in my book. They will trip over themselves to help someone here out. And the residents here are excellent as well. I would be giving a false review if I said everyone is perfect here. But for the most part, all the residents are respectful of each other. And if you are a dog lover, the dog park here is huge and everyone makes sure that the 4 legged residents get along as well."

"Have only lived here for about 4 months, but the office staff and maintenance team are absolutely amazing! Anselma is a great manager for the property and really cares about residents. The assistant manager, Alyssa, will go above and beyond to make sure she’s available to assist you with anything you may need. Damien and Aritzy are always pleasant to interact with and always have a smile on their face. Maintenance team has a great turn around for any service request, which is fantastic! Overall I’ve had a great experience and I look forward to many more months to come!"
