"I absolutely love this place! Carnell and Mariah are the best leasing agents ever! Taylor and Cynthia are the most professional managers a property could ask for. Best Team in Houston, Texas. All hard working professionals!"
"They have great customer service and very helpful. Ms.Taylor helped me step by step and gave great effort to get me approved and into my apartment. Thanks to the whole front office."
"*** UPDATE NEW MANAGEMENT*** - The elevator was broken for over a month (Dec until yesterday) - The gate is also still broken. - Stopped by for a package today at 5 and nobody was there. Some pros: When I submitted our renter's insurance, I did get an email confirmation that it had been updated. So, their communication is better and overall they are friendlier. Also, they have organized the packages a lot better while they implement a new system. ************************************* If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I have written a review before where I was trying to be nice, but it is actually exhausting trying to live here in peace. PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE! Please. I am not even the type of person who writes reviews, but I am telling you that living literally anywhere else in Midtown will be better, and it will save you so much stress and frustration. 1. As you can see in reviews prior to mine, the water pressure has been an issue for weeks. They called the city, the city came, and nothing changed except for the leak outside of the building (which does nothing for the residents). 2. The elevator in Phase 1 breaks every other day (literally 2-3 times/week). When this happens you have the option to take the stairs or walk to the SLOWEST elevator I have ever ridden in. It is such a waste of time. This week both elevators actually broke down which caused even more dog filth than normal in the stairways. 3. The gate to let you into Phase 1 is also broken. It is supposed to open automatically when you pull up close enough, but it gets stuck every single time, so you have to back up and come back up the steep driveway a few times before it decides to open. Sometimes it refuses to open at all, and you have to go park in the basement. This is also a huge waste of time, and an incredibly fun thing to go through before finding out the elevator is broken... again. 4. The staff always leaves early. We have had to start planning to go hours before they are set to close to ensure we are able to ask a question or pick up a package. Sometimes they are really nice, and other times they are really rude. If you send an email, forget about getting a response. I've sent countless emails, and I think I've only ever received one short, curt response that said "This has been fixed" in response to a list of frustrated concerns. 5. They are very disorganized. It took months to finally get them to stop charging me a renter's insurance fee (I had emailed them proof through email multiple times). They charged us the wrong rate for rent for months, despite me bringing it up and following up when they didn't respond. Ruth reached out via phone call to help, and to this day, I am still confused because she said she would call back, but I was at work, so I missed it. I tried calling back, but no response. No email, no phone call to follow up, so I guess it's fixed (?). The only reason I'm not questioning it is because our rent decreased, but it leaves us wondering if we will get refunded the money we were charged. 6. In regard to packages, like I said, they are hardly ever there when I get home from work because they leave early sometimes. I don't want to assume it's every day because I can't confirm or deny that, but it's happened enough to where I've just stopped trying to go and have started shipping my things to an Amazon locker or to friends' houses because it's just easier. They have a higher review than they deserve because of the previous management company, which was great, and the few people they swindled into writing some nice things recently. But, if you notice, a lot of the recent reviews say the same things, and nothing ever changes. Like I said, living here is actually exhausting. I am a teacher, a graduate student, and a reservist. I genuinely do not have time for the added stressors, so I strongly advise you to find somewhere else. I know I will be as soon as our lease is up."
"Living here has been a great fit! The new assistant manager Ruth, is amazing! She is very expedient in addressing any concerns that I may have. I love how involved she is on the property. I often see her doing walk throughs and engaging with the residents Whenever there is a maintenance issue she contacts maintenance right in front of you to make them aware, when ever I have a question she is always very eager to help! The new front office team is very knowledgeable and have been very helpful with my transition."
"Phyllis helped me through my whole process and she was absolutely amazing. She was patient with me, found a good spot that fit all my needs and I’m truly grateful. The whole process was a smooth process and she was very attentive and stayed on top of my process and checked up on me regularly. I love my new apartment and am so glad to move here and have been helped by wonderful people. If anyone is looking to rent, make sure to ask for Phyllis! She is the absolute best!"
