I work from home so the management's efficiency in addressing issues promptly truly set this place apart. Not for nothing, what truly changed my life is their willingness to hold my packages while I work from home, ensuring that I never miss a delivery. Its so simple but when Chris calls me and tells me he's holding my package I am happier than ever. My last apartment never kept the boxes inside and we would have things stolen often!"
"Overall the apartments are pretty nice. I like the location and the industrial feel (people who see it for the first time always think it’s cool too). I have had quite a few problems requiring me to submit work orders in my few months working there but they are always resolved in a reasonable amount of time i’ll admit. Except for the A/C. I’ve had to submit 4 different orders all for the same issue but it keeps happening. Chris and Isaac up front are super helpful though!"
"Location - 4/5 Views - 3/5 Parking - 2/5 Amenities - 2/5 Price - 2/5 Location and views, superb. The men in the office are very helpful with answering questions. Attempts from management to bring residents together is nice with points or whatever. Gated/key-fob access. Kiddy pool in the middle of the complex. Nice equipment in the gym. Entertainment center with couches, pool table, ping pong table with a few balls, and a fridge. Elevators are always broken. Again, the elevator is out of service. Get used to it. Fire alarms are always going off. I have lived here for 14 months and I can tell you with conviction that they have gone off at least 10 times and a majority of cases in the middle of the night when you are at the peak of your REM sleep, which carries over into your work the next day. Access into and out of the complex can be difficult on weekends with public parking occupying the garage at full capacity on the first and second floors. Parking system is antiquated and takes non-residents far too long to swipe their card and attempt to leave the garage which causes traffic jams frequently. German Roaches were a big problem in my case when I first moved in, required multiple treatments.. although I was near a trash chute. Still, this still should not be an issue for new residents. I do not entirely dislike it here at Mid Main, it was a nice time experiencing Midtown practically at it's core.. but I will not be renewing my lease for these reasons above."
