"The app requires a star to post so I complied but they deserve negative stars. The office staff is rude and unprofessional. The property is trashed and the maintenance is nonexistent. My apartment was falling apart as well as rat and roach infested. Despite all of the calls, emails, letters and in-person complaints I could not get anyone to come do anything until I called the health department out. When they ran out of private parking, to get more money out of the residence, they started running a new hustle on the residence, taking the regular parking and make it private, making parking in the complex where you are paying rent a nightmare. They have tow trucks constantly taking cars. My vehicle was towed and I had a current parking pass. When I complained to Palm Beach Estates, who contracted the tow company they refused to correct the error that cost me $500. They are immoral and unethical. Stay Away."

"This is some terrible aptments. Thierry water never working and we have not took a bath in 3 days and counting. They denied me an apartment because I'm black. They have 100 dress of illegals. I have no criminal record and no broken lease. In fact I just cleared a five year lease term. They told me they wanted my personal banking info and since I did not give it to them they denied me a place to live. And me and my son is homeless now. A black American. They have a few token blacks. And I know they don't hold the illegals to the same standards."

"If I can give this place a negative 0 star I would. This place if only for immigrants and refugees that don’t have they U.S documents. The management and staff are rude and disrespectful they don’t get nothing done they take your name and apt info and never do nothing about your complaints. When you call and ask for manager they say that they’re not In today or they act like they don’t have any time of management. I’ve only been here for a month and nothing I complained about is getting done, my bed and belongings have been damaged and they said they are not liable or responsible for my damaged belongings even tho I feel that there are because if they would’ve fixed the roof leaks I wouldn’t be complaining nor filling a small claims on this property. Do not move in here unless you don’t have money to move into a better place or if you don’t have your U.S documents to be in the United States."

"THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN!!! MANAGEMENT IS TRASH!!! I found these apartments on Facebook and when I tell you, I have never seen false advertisement like this I mean that by far!!! NOT one of the pics they advertised on Facebook were true!! Everything on their website is a lie period they do not have any pools open ever. This complex is dirty filthy with roaches & falling apart. Not 1 person in that office including maintenancecl cares about anything but their paycheck. And trust me when I say they show it too... They are rude as hell and so disrespectful it's crazy!!! Can't even tell if this place has a "manager" because no one actually even works here.. I moved in her in June and still NO ONE has even been to my apartment to even see why my apartment floods every time it rains.. Excuse after Excuse for everything... You go in the office to talk to someone and all of a sudden no one speaks English!! You can put in work order after work order but no matter what somehow they disappear and no one knows nothing... Everyone of those amenities that they have listed on their website are false!!! I can't wait to get out of this place and at this point I don't even care if they put it on my credit... I'll definitely be looking into an attorney for help..."

"This place is the worst. The office doesn’t do anything and looses paperwork. It takes forever to get anything fixed. My garbage disposal has had a lead and not worked in 2 months. They will tow your vehicle and it will cost around $300 to get it out of it’s there fault or not so they get their kickback from the towing service. They advertise the pools but they haven’t been open for use in two years. This place is a joke.."
