"My mother has lived here for a little over 3 years I would say. I’ve held from posting a review for quite some time. The situations have gone too far. Every time I go into the office or call I speak to the manager, Martha, I believe. Each and every time she is rude, inpatient and degrades people of color. She talks to me and other residents as if we can not comprehend simple phrases. The property hosted a “safety meeting” due to break ins and shootings in the area & she yelled at a resident stating she would not repeat herself. These are senior citizens, they deserve respect. I do not appreciate the aggressiveness she has towards these residents. One thing I have noticed is that the manager loves to gossip. If any resident is going through hardships or have ANYTHING MEDICALLY GOING ON, the whole complex knows. The manager should not tell others medical conditions, that’s a huge discrimination and I believe hippa violation. True or “gossip” medical topics should be kept confidential. I hope something gets done about this manager. The maintenance I don’t have a problem with. They are short but get the work done quick. The assistant has so much patience for these residents, I applaud her."

"They pools are dirty they don’t treat residents well at all my mom unfortunately live there gonna get her out as soon as possible. She can’t even get in the gate when she need to and in the common areas no A/C 90 % of amenities are not available or don’t work. Bullets going through windows at night just not safe and they don’t care"

"They do not keep up with maintenance elevator is always broken and there are ppl in wheelchairs that have to go out of the way of their apartment in order to get into their home the gate also didn’t work in order for me to have my mom open it door in community are propped open because they don’t work but it also make common areas very hot. They switch workers and managers very often . Looking to relocate my loved one"

"This is a nice and clean place to live for people 55+. There are good activities and planned events every month like bread day every other Thursday, with goods from Sprouts. They have activities and amenities, such as a pool, pavilion, dog run, computer room, community kitchen, hair salon, library, laundrymat, game room. The apartments are nice and come in three styles: one bed one bath, two bed (second bedroom half size) two bath and a two full-size bedrooms with two bath. There is an officer who lives here to help if there’s trouble or anything suspicious. There are two maintenance men available. The only thing, that may be annoying, is the spring loaded doors that will slam shut if you don’t close them carefully. It’s a very nice place, and a family member of mine has lived here for a happy 5+ years."
