"I Highly do not recommend these apartments, I have been staying in a 3 bedroom for 11 months and have been asking since day one to come fix my a/c and I have yet to get my a/c fixed. it is now March and all I get is the run around but they make sure to collect their 1636 every month but can't come fix my air and nothing else around my apartment. The gates stay open, and one night I had 2 guys and girl try to rob me for my car with my kids in the car. Also you can call all week and it's every excuse in the book and all they say is we are going to reach back out, for them hurry up and get you off the phone, But come the 4th they can call about they rent money."

"Moved from out of state to these apt the pushed my move In Date back twice and when I finally arrived because they said the unit was ready there was a million roaches literally!! Food on the walls, food and silverware in the still in the dishwasher! The unit was beautiful though!! I went and bout 10 bombs hoping that I could put them all over the apt and it would help only to come back two days later and there were a lot more roaches out and on the walls then it was before I used the bombs and then the apt complex took forever and sent me through a million loops to get my first month rent and security deposit back which was thousands of dollars and then cost me much more money than expected by have to place me and my children in a hotel room for about a month had to extend the amount u had my U-Haul for week then had to pay to have all of my belongings put into a storage until me and my children were able to find a new home! Highly do not recommend."

"Maintenance never comes, you have to call 20 times in a week. They say the maintenance will be out that day you call and they never show up. Trash is filled up at every dumpster and piling up outside the dumpster and the whole apartment complex has trash all over the ground. The gates are always open, so anyone can get in."

"I live in Building 12 and every time the electricity goes out if even for a minute it knocks out the breaker and the AC goes out. It is extremely too hot for my AC to still NOT being working after numerous calls and service tickets. I have lived here since January 2021 and have been both patient and understanding with this conditions but I pay too much in rent (almost $1900.00) to continue in this fashion. I will be contacting the corporate office and news outlets for immediate resolution!"
