"All i can say is that Santa Monica has an excellent staff. Both the manager and the leasing agent are very sweet, patient, friendly, attentive & VERY helpful. If i have any issue with my apartment, they send maintenance to fix issue immediately. Maintance people are really sweet & helpful as well. I believe their #1 priority is for all the tenants to feel welcome and enjoy their now call home. I am very happy living here. BTW: Everything is near: Shools, hospital, grocery stores, parks, pharmacy, restaurants, etc. I recommend living here"
