"I’ve stayed here twice over (with 2 different property management companies) and both experiences were terrible. Moved out last year because of the attitude of the front office and it seems like their higher ups didn’t care that the service was terrible. From neighbors being stabbed outside of my front door to me losing central AC in the hottest month of the summer and them giving me a used window unit for a week ( which I had to beg for), I have been through the worst with these apartments and don’t recommend them. I have documentation of the living conditions and all of my claims also if anyone needed further proof before moving here."

"Scotland Yard is a pretty good place to live. The office does an outstanding job on communications to tenants. Maintenance has a really nice turnaround, and I love how there's a followup call to check satisfaction."

"I personally loved my stay at Scotland Yard. Irrespective of what everyone say, the management is fabulous. They strive to make sure the issues the tenets face are fixed. Anyone who are interested in living in the Astrodome area. this would be a good option to consider."

"Ms. Nicole is great, however, the hot water is never working, I have appliances from the 90’s, ant infestation, etc. I do not recommend living here as there are always issues with this complex. They are quick to want to evict their tenants, but they do not fix any concerns we may have. 0/10"

"I have stayed here for 2 years and have seen lot of increase in the price but never gets the quality for the price. No Gym access, pool access is limited all the time, no proper management with repairs, even the road condition is too bad. My roommate car glasses were broken and gets almost stolen and paid almost $2000 to mechanic to fix it but we can’t get single help from leasing office of this theft and these kind of these things always happen."
