"The management crew at The Fountains at Chimney Rock is above and beyond excellences. The have worked with me since I first moved in two years ago. They have completed every maintenance request in reasonable time. Their notifications keep me informed with anything that goes on. The renovations are awesome. Great work FaCR!"

"Our first month here our bedroom got flooded due to water coming from the floor literally. Today our bedroom ceiling collapsed due to a leak from the ceiling and wall. I made a maintenance request at 7pm 12/12/2023 when it was a leak. Overnight the leak made a huge water bubble and finally broke through. My pc and mattress were ruined. Office ladies dismissed me when I ran to the office to inform them. Their reply was “we know there is a leak also in another apartment” I fully regret moving to this place, staff is rude and idiotic. I made a review a few months ago and i do not see it. Very disappointing. PI will more than likely be involved."

"Very friendly staff. Especially Ms Claudia has been very welcoming from the very first day I moved and very helpful in any way I needed. All the staff that works in the office are welcoming and nice people. The complex is usually quiet. If you work from home or are in school, there is no distractions or kids running around causing noises."
