"I have lived here since November 2017. I like it because of the location and it is pretty affordable- especially for being so close to downtown. Each time I have filed a maintenance request someone has come within a few days and fixed the problem. The new management seems like they are going out of their way to take care of things. They fixed the trash pickup problem and they redid the laundry room. I love it- it's got all new washers and dryers. The apartment itself is nice and comfortable. It is a good size."

"I believe there may be new ownership of the property and they are trying to make improvements to the complex in different ways (which are all good) I was not satisfied with previous management inquires and issues and the owner personally contacted me to make sure any issues I had were being solved. I am happy to see ownership that cares about their tenants."
