"I've been living at Villa Nueva Apartments for 6 months now. Love it here! The apartments are modern and well-maintaned. The management team is always on point. They organized a community event last month, which was a lot of fun. It's also pet-friendly, which is a huge plus for me and my dog. The only downside is the laundry room gets busy, but that's minor. Overall, a great place to live. Feels like home."

"Before it would take so long for things to be fix with the other maintenance guys here but ever since Mr. Rafael started working here things get fixed he fixed immediately my clogged up tube and my front door as well it just took 3 months but I want say he is good at his job and thank you for fixing them."

"If I could give 0 stars I would. I highly recommend no one live here unless u like cheap but horrible living conditions. They are infested with mice and roaches and do not plan on fixing the problem. The only way they seem to try and fix things if u threaten them to go to the higher up authority and they still won’t fix it. The management is nonexistent and very unprofessional when they do decide to show up. Calling them is pointless unless you like talking to a machine and they are rarely in the office. I asked them multiple times to fix my heater(mind you it’s 65 degrees in my apartment) only to have the door closed in my face. After that incident I left. I could go on and on about these apartments but it’ll be best if I showed you guys"
