"I Moved Here November 2019 - January 2022 , The First Couple Of Months Was GREAT !! Kari Was The Manager At The Time & She Was So Sweet & Understanding ! After She Left THINGS GOT BAD . We Had Multiple Managers , New Ones Every Week . MAINTENANCE NEVER FIXES ANYTHING ! My Ac Went Out Dang Near Every Month & It Took Months To Get Fixed , Points To Where It Was 90 Degrees In The Apartment . THE BATHROOM IS FULL OF MOLD ! All They Say Was “Scrub With Bleach” Even Though I Tried & It Kept Coming Back Days Later . I Have Pictures To Prove How NASTY IT WAS ! PLUMBING SUCKS ! My Bathroom Always Flooded Out . THERE IS A RACCOON INFESTATION IN THE CEILINGS , TO THE POINT WHERE THEY MADE A HUGE HOLE IN THE CEILING & THEY DID NOTHING . THEY HAVE OLD BARELY WORKING APPLIANCES , ROACHES , FLEAS , DEAD RATS OUTSIDE . Please Save Your Money & DO NOT MOVE HERE ! All They Care About Is Money , They Always Want Rent On Time But Cant Fix Anything On Time ! My Bathroom Sink Has Been Non Working For 3 Months . You Put Work Orders In Just For Them To Say “There Was Never A Work Order” . I Can Continue On How Bad These Apartments … 0 STARS IF I COULD ! IM GLAD I LEFT !"

"Kari the office staff is awesome she's very understanding and helpful. After moving out I realized that most apartments you lease with will always have some problems. When u have staff that's willing to fixed problems and communicate well everything works out fine. Thanks Kari you're awesome."

"This place is trash. They're quick to post a notice of lease violation on your door, but don't move fast to fix anything. Charge you for epst control that never gets done. Literally infested with fleas in every unit,and the yard. Not once have they treated the grass except for the stuff you buy from store, which isn't gonna cover the whole grounds. I get bites from fleas in my car even. And roach are everywhere. I've brought to their attention numerous times. You pay for service you dont get. Pest control and trash is more than my electricity. And the trash is overflowing constantly. I've been waiting on my new thermostat they ordered for 6 months. Parking area is not lit up at all. Gate dont work. Kids smoke pot in the laundry room and lock the door. Oh and laundry machines dont work hardly. The office people are rarely their.my house has been broke in. They have parties til 3 or 4 in morning drinking and playing music. But if you play music that's not their taste at 3 PM you get a notice. Oh and infested with centipedes which bite and are poisonous. Drugs run in and out the apartment. Son got shot with a bb gun I make a report to police and next day I had a lease violation about my dog that's always on leash. People who have dogs never pick up their dog poop. Literally this place is TRASH!!!! THEY ONLY WANT THEIR MONEY AND THE POEPLE THAT PAY ON TIME ARE THE ONES THEY SEEM TO HAVE A PROBLEM WITH!!!. I HAVE PLENTY OF PICS AND VIDEOS TO PROVE MY POINT!!! JUST IN CASE THEY TRY AND GIVE ME A BAD REFERRAL. ALSO I WILL REPORT TO THE PROPERTY OWNER IF THE PROPER ACTION IS NOT TAKEN. Teresa was the office manager when I moved here, she was smart enough to leave. After that it's been a revolving door of different people. Oh and the pool is nasty, and at one point we had a notice on our door that it wouldn't be opened because people leave trash everywhere and dont pick up after their mess. How is that fair to the others that do. Some kids leave trash everywhere I see it all the time. This place isn't fair about alot of things, and I'm so over it.!!! I would give a 0 if it was allowed. If you want a flea infested, roach, centipede infested place. Well here it is not to mention the mold leaks, broken amenities they claim to have. And a really unsafe darl parking area with no cameras then Sherwood is your happy place. I'll make another post if they correct the issues I'm bringing to them!!!"

"If I could give this place zero stars I would. Sherwood Glen is horrible. I have lived here since last April and now fighting to get my lease terminated without penalty. The apartment has mold, roaches, a dishwasher that never cleans my dishes, only one stove element is usuable, there is a water leak in the bathroom, the ceiling is caving in and my closet smells like someone has died in it. The shower does not regulate temperature and I have been burned a few times. I have reported them to the health department but nothing has been done. You try to call management and they never answer. I had walking pneumonia and almost wound up in the hospital because of it, and now hopping from couch to couch so that my lungs can heal. My mailbox is also broken. They will show you the model that looks all nice but the apartments are aweful. I got duped. Please, take you money and run from this place. I could write a page on how bad of an experience I've had here...."
