Hidden Pine Apartments

"My son went to rent an apartment from Hidden Pines, Manger/Leasing agent Melissa she told him first of all you need to pay a $200 deposit but I won't be here so you can take the money to Apartment 9 and leave it there, I told my son that's not a good idea. So my son got money order from PLS and gave to her she took his money order and told him that he can move in on the 25th of January before the 25th of January she called him back and said that they couldn't give the apartment to him and she gave him the money order back my son went to the PLS to cash the money order and they told him that they had already cashed the money order. she told him that that was not true but PLS had the transaction and gave my son a copy of it, these people are scammers. and I just know they have scammed others .I pray anyone that sees this take a second thought about dealing with them because they are scammers."

"You get what you pay for. No maintenance or office onsite, bad bug problem, laundry machines never work. Takes hot water about 20 min to warm up. They do the lawn maintenance about once a month. The grass gets so high you can't even walk your dog. Parking situation is a nightmare. The cheap rent isn't worth it. Don't move here! They now charge $30 a month for an uncovered parking spot. Truly criminal for such a dump."
