Kingswood Village Apartments

"I chose these apartments because they were quiet, and nice. Now these new neighbors are LOUD and Drunk every weekend outside disturbing THEIR surrounding neighbors and leave trash everywhere ( #ninety5 ) . They invite people who park in the permit resident parking spots. Which leaves the HARD WORKING residents with no place to park. Not sure if I'll be renewing lease, especially If these are the the type of tenants who down grade these apartments."

"My mother has lived in these apartments for 4 years now and we just moved out. They say all the right things to get you to move in and they are extra friendly, but once you're in, they treat you like you're just a number. Office staff does not do anything to accommodate the disabled residents. My mother is disabled and she needed a visitor sticker for a guest that was coming and the office told her she would have to come to the office physically to get the sticker. They know she is unable to come into the office by herself (because I was at work) and she stayed all the way in the very back of the complex. Good luck if you plan on having visitors, there is barely any visitor parking so our guests were having to park on the very back street, causing their cars to be broken into. My aunt came to visit and her car was towed three times, yet there are SEVERAL empty parking spots available. They pick and choose who they want to be nice to. Roaches u say... the apartment was infested with roaches and every time we reported to the office they sent someone out to spray what seemed to be candy, because it only made the roaches worse. Flor, the leasing rep is only helpful when she's in a good mood. They have all this new staff in the office that have no clue to what they're doing. Maintenance used to be the BEST thing about these apartments, but now that the main guy has left maintenance is terrible. These may be the best looking apartments in the area but they do not value their residents."

"I have lived at Kingswood Village for over 7 years, and have had an outstanding experience. The entire staff, specifically the property managers Ms. Charlene and Flor have been incredible. I love the sense of community here, and how helpful and quick they are in addressing in any issues!"

"Iived here for 3 years and moved out last month, the area is fairly quiet but there is multiple issues. They shut the water off every other week. during the summer you will not get cold water in shower more like room temp water. Had issues with roaches but went away when they came and sprayed, While you can tell the management is trying to make the apartments nice there's only so much they can do with the trash people that move in. Since they removed the visitor parking the cars park outside the rear fence and cut a whole in the fence so they can get in even though there's a door. Apartments fixed it only for the residents to cut another hole a few days later. There's an apartment that smokes weed all day and they live right where the playground is you'd think they'd have more respect but no. The Maintenance workers are the only positive about there,great workers very friendly. Would not recommend moving here"
