"Where do i even begin? Gunnar from smart city is such a sweetheart! He is personable and kind and was very knowledge about the best properties in the area. I never felt pressured to look at properties i was not interested in or to sign a lease or complete an application. He was very patient with me even when i requested to cancel all the tours he booked (I eventually went for all my tours and found the best property for me). He was reachable at all times when i had questions and he answered them to the best of his abilities. I never felt like i was bothering him with questions.
