"I tried to call to connect them yesterday. I asked the agent for a single apartment, she answered that they don't have any available. I asked when will they have available, she said I don't know with an annoy sound and put me in waiting list. Hopeless. I'm single mom, I'm living in my parents house. Every time I talk with my parents I feel unhappy, upset, exhausted that I'm useless person, worse child. I always try to avoid to see them in their house. I think I will better for me and my daughter move out. I'm looking for an apartment, I'm self-employed, not easy to find an apartment that allows bank statements. I just tried to find a help and I was introduced to call here. I only want a place that I can focus to raise my daughter. Maybe this place is not for me. If you are in some situation like me, need a help and going to come here, don't put too much hope in this, you may not got nothing."

"Jane Cizik Garden Place is a dream come true. The beautiful gardens are well kept and something new is always happening, which makes a stroll trough them delightful. The management does a fantastic job of keeping the grounds clean and safe. Maintenance requests are addressed swiftly, and the residents are friendly. The is case management on site and Community center right next door that includes a health clinic and other resources to enrich our lives. I absolutely love it here, and am grateful beyond belief."
