"I currently live here and I honestly don’t recommend it. The roaches are absolutely terrible. Maintenance/Office took MONTHS to get back to us about a leaking ceiling. When me and my family original came and talked to Luna, we told her we wanted a two bedroom with washer and dryer connections. After we decided to end up living here, Luna told us that we were going to have an apartment with wood flooring, on the first floor and that we would have the washer and dryer connections. Which was great. So then we packed all of our stuff to move just to get to the apartment to be disappointed that it was on the second floor with carpet and no washer and dryer connections. They told us that it would take 6 months until they could get us into the correct unit. The only good thing about this place is that it’s quiet most of the time and nobody bothers you."

"I have been in my apartment a couple of months and have not had a working or shall I say a clean refrigerator and dishwasher since I have been here. I have put in multiple requests to have the appliances replaced and still nothing has been resolved. If this matter is not resolved I will be forced to contact a lawyer, corporate office, the better business bureau, and the news to report this matter for false advertisement and being a slum lord. My fridge has nets in it and my dishwasher looks as if it came out of the garbage and is nasty on the inside. I am paying for new appliances and these are filthy. I have pictures that I will be posting if this matter is not resolved ASAP! Neither picture look like new or even gently used appliances. This is a fridge and a dishwasher.. now who would put their dishes in this! But yet the maintenance man is say there’s nothing wrong with this dishwasher. He must be blind cause Ray Charles and Stevie Wonder can see this some bull ish!"

"I lived at these apartments for about 7 years. I had no issues in the beginning, until the management started changing frequently. I ended up moving out of state for about a year. When I moved back to Texas, I tried getting an apartment but was denied due to Dora lying about money that was never owed. And lied about the timing that I had moved out but thankfully I had all the proof I needed to show the truth. But the process was rough on me and family coming back to a horrible surprise. I honestly thought everyone was pleasant until then. I would never recommend this apartment or area to anyone. The buildings started falling apart, the roaches and other pest along with the crime rate is ridiculous."

"First time applying to the venti Applied Thursday was approved by Friday Rachel was so helpful she had patience & wasn’t short tempered. will update once moved in. UPDATE: 8/23 Surprisingly did not have pest issues as far as roaches. Was on 2nd floor can hear everything outside. Beside that they work with you on your rent. Maintenance take their time but mostly effective when needed. I’ll rate my year stay 8.5/10 The inside looks much better than the outside"
