Serena Heights Apartments

"These apts are a nightmare. I lived here for a year & kept my head down. I’m so happy I upgraded & moved to another part of town. -People are dirty and trashy. -The outside air always smells like garbage. -Always kids screaming and yelling all day and all night. (One came into my house) -The office didn’t tend to anything that needed to be fixed, including my flooded apt. English speakers are VERY limited. -they turn the water off every day bc it’s always something. -the community is build very small so you have no privacy and you can hear everything outside from inside your house. -There is always loud music playing at all times of the night. -just a really gross place to be & the price is NOT worth your peace. If you enjoy constant trash, screaming kids, smelly air & using Google translator all the time, then rent here ! :)"

"The office management along with berenice have been very responsive and easy to work with . Very informative I have been living here for 1 and a half years and so far no problems . They're very quick to handle any issue with units and security has been good Atwell"

"I've been renting with different villa Serena properties for about 7 years now and none of them have let me down. It's Greenspoint so you can already expect some rowdiness but all of the properties have security that's actually securing the place. The ladies at Serena Heights (Silvia and Berenice) are very helpful and understanding I'm never late on my rent but I explained to them this month an emergency came up I paid half and the other half late but thank God for no problems. The maintenance crew is always on point and they keep the property clean. No break ins or robberies the only thing is the roaches (but that's apartments in general) but I keep it clean baited and they have pest control to come out if you want to."

"Up until last year the place was ok I had no big problems I’ve been here 3 years I guess it’s just time for me to move on .the problem was Monica and I hear she is no longer here but she was raciest .But my problem started be fore Christmas I think closer to thanksgiving but my heater went out and they came a couple of times and replaced the thermostat ok cool but that was not the problem so every time it gets cold I come they act like it’s fixed but it is not bc right after they leave it stops working and here it is January and it’s cold I cold this morning at 1030 on January 30th and it 400 and it is cold outside I’m having to use my stove to heat my apt up and I called at 400 Bernieice said oh they are getting ready to leave but it’s cold outside I wonder if I was Hispanic if I would have these problems and Evan tho the stove is on it’s still cold in here so I guess I need to go over and talk to the manager today I hated to do this but I’m tried of being cold"

"01/2021:I live here now. I'm one month in and although the rates are decent but there is a pest (roach) problem that seems to not be taken seriously by the office. Noise levels are okay. Not too loud. Crime isn't really a problem around here so far. The laundry rooms have 2 washers and 2 dryers in them and no seating out outlets so there's that. The parking here is pretty bad and I don't have a car yet. Hopefully something is done when I get one in the next month or 2. All in all, the complex is okay. If things change before my first 6 months I'll update my review. 06/2021: Things are much worse. Parking is horrible. One morning before work, I got a orange parking violation sticker put on my driver side window for parking where many other residents park. There have been times where I have felt targeted, but no one in the front office has apologized or made me feel more comfortable. My roach problem has gotten much better due to my own work. We pay for maintenance, but there's trash all over the complex at all times and things rarely get fixed. If you can go somewhere else, go there."
